This print is inspired from artesanía that you would find on the streets of Mexico. Artesanía is described as merchandise or goods that is made by hand or other traditional methods rather than mass assembly. Mexico has a rich culture of arts and crafts which date back to pre-Hispanic cultures. I wanted to create something that I felt embodied that spirit.

 

Each print is hand printed from hand carved blocks. Each print measures 8.5×11 inches. Printed on Kraft French cover stock with custom mixed water base block inks. You can check out my Etsy shop for prints.
